ABOUT

Intae Hwang is an artist and researcher in data art. He is deeply interested in the aesthetics of data, focusing on the connections with abstract art, complex systems, and the sublime. He is currently a Master’s student in the Experience Design Lab (XD Lab) at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). He has collaborated with organizations like the Korea Foundation (KF) and the Center for Anthropocene Studies at KAIST, and his works have been exhibited at venues like the KF XR Gallery, Ground Seoul, and KAIST. He was awarded the iF Design Award 2021.
